This First Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 08.10.2021, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Roorkee, District Haridwar in Original Suit No.197 of 2013, "Smt. Priti Sharma vs. Smt. Parul Sharma and Another", whereby the Original Suit has been allowed.

Heard Mr. Aditya Pratap Singh, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr. Siddhartha Singh, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2.

None is present on behalf of the respondent no.1.

The First Appeal is admitted. Summon the Lower Court Record. List this case on 09.05.2022. The parties are restrained to create any third party interest over the property-in-question till the next date of listing.

Urgency Application (IA No.02 of 2022) stands disposed of accordingly.
