JUDGMENT
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:-
"1. To summon on the complete record pertain to the case.
2. To issue the Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to permit petitioner to join his duties with immediate effect."
3. According to the petitioner, he is not being permitted to resume his duties. In the counter affidavit, a stand has been taken that petitioner has not reported for duties since 2010.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are valid reasons regarding non-joining of duties of the petitioner.
5. Having regard to the facts of the case, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to General Manager (Human Resources), Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited. If petitioner makes such representation within ten days from today, decision thereupon shall be taken within four weeks from the date of receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order.
