                                      Hon'ble Sharad Kumar Sharma, J.

Mr. Rahul Adhikari, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Ganesh Kandpal, Advocate for the petitioner.

Mr. M.S. Bisht, Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand.

This writ petition was decided by this Court by an order of 15.02.2022. But, however in the second last paragraph of the order, the direction for deciding the representation of the petitioner under Section 27 of the Transfer Act of 2017, was issued to the respondent no.2. The same is being sought to be rectified from respondent no.2, to respondent no.1.

Hence, the direction given in the order of 15.02.2022 for deciding the representation of the petitioner under the spouse policy, as directed by the judgment of 15.02.2022 wherever it is mentioned as "respondent no.2", the same is being substituted to be read as "respondent no.1".

Accordingly, the Modification Appl. No.03 of 2022 of the petitioner would stand disposed of.
