Upon hearing the learned Counsel, the Court made the following
JUDGMENT :(per Sri S.K. Mishra, A.C.J.)
Mr. R.P. Singh, the learned counsel for the
petitioners, submits that, in the meantime, there is no
dispute between the parties.
2. Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sharma, the learned counsel for
the respondent No.4, also submits that there is no further
apprehension to anybody's life.
3. Mr. J.S. Virk, the learned Deputy Advocate General
appearing for the State, also submits that the Circle Officer
has enquired into the matter and after finding the guilt of the
Station House Officer, Kotwali Gangnahar, Roorkee, District
Haridwar, made adverse entry in his service book.
4. In that view of the matter, the writ petition has
become infructuous.
5. It is, hereby, dismissed as infructuous.
