Having argued the case at some length, the
learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission to
withdraw the writ petition. She further submits that she will
file memo to this effect during the course of the day.
Therefore, the Writ Petition (PIL) is, hereby,
dismissed as withdrawn. If memo is filed during the course
