This appeal has abated since both the
appellants have since passed away. Mr. J.S. Virk, the
learned Deputy Advocate General for the State of
Uttarakhand, has produced the death certificates of both
the appellants, which are taken on record.
2. Hence, the Criminal Appeal is disposed of as
abated.
