This is already an admitted First Appeal, in which the learned counsel for the appellants presses the Interim Relief Application, which is being vehemently opposed by the respondent's counsel, on the ground, that in the earlier set of litigation, which stood culminated by the judgment of the 2nd Appellate Court, as rendered in Second Appeal No. 1259 of 2021, on 17.06.2009, an SLP was preferred by the appellants herein, which was later on numbered as Civil Appeal No. 2043 of 2014, Gopal Krishna Balodi & Ors. Vs. Data Ram Balodi (D) through LRs. & Ors. The said Civil Appeal has been dismissed by the Hon'ble Apex Court on 22.05.2019.

In that eventuality, the Interim Relief Application, which is being sought to be pressed, cannot be considered by this Court, because of the earlier set of litigation, which has been laid to rest upto the Hon'ble Apex Court.

Accordingly, Interim Relief Application No. IA/9183/2022 is hereby dismissed.
