Heard on delay condonation application. By this application the revisionist seeks condonation of delay in preferring the present revision.
Considering that the impugned judgment was rendered on 06.11.2019, and the limitation period available for preferring the revision was three months which fall after commencing of Covid-19 pandemic and the present revision has been filed in January, 2022, there is, in fact, no delay considering that the period of limitation was suspended by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the meantime.
We, accordingly, allow this application and the same stands disposed of.
Learned counsel for the respondent appears and states that another similar revision pending consideration being CTR No.15 of 2022.
List both the revisions for hearing on 14.11.2022.
