Hon'ble Sharad Kumar Sharma, J.
Mr. Pulak Agarwal, Advocate, for the appellant.
Mr. Mohd. Azim, Advocate, for the respondents.
The only issue, which has been engaging consideration in these two Appeal from Orders, is to the aspect, whether, the brother and father would be falling to be within the definition of dependant of the deceased or not, in the light of the implications laid down in para 15 of the case as reported in 2009 (1) UAD 864, Sarla Verma and others Vs. Delhi Transport Corp. and another.
The Hon'ble Apex Court in the recent judgment had laid down that the brother and sister would fall to be within the definition of dependant of the deceased.
The learned counsel for the appellant prays for that the matter may be taken up on 26th July, 2022, in order to enable him to do the research work to lay his hands on the aforesaid judgment.
Put up these Appeal from Orders on 26th July, 2022.
(Sharad Kumar Sharma, J.) Dated 25.07.2022 Shiv
