Judgement Date : 22 July, 2022

Uttarakhand High Court
WPSB/155/2021 on 22 July, 2022
IN THE HIGH COURT OF UTTARAKHAND

                                  AT NAINITAL
THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI VIPIN SANGHI
                                          AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.C. KHULBE

                WRIT PETITION (S/B) NO. 155 OF 2021

                                22ND JULY, 2022

BETWEEN:

Kiran Bala .....Petitioner.
And

State of Uttarakhand & others ....Respondents.

Counsel for the Petitioner : Mr. Anil Anthwal, learned counsel.

Counsel for the Respondent no.1 : Mr. J.C Pande, learned Standing Counsel.

Counsel for the Respondent no.2 : Mr. N.S. Pundir, learned counsel.

Counsel for the Respondent no.3 : Mr. B.M. Pingal, learned counsel.

The Court made the following:

JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Vipin Sanghi)

The present order is being passed in continuation of

the order dated 20.07.2022.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has

placed before the Court the communication dated

13.02.2020, received by the candidates while calling them for

interview on 24th, 25th, and 26th of February, 2020.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that,

it is in pursuance of the said communication that the

petitioner produced information relating to the petitioner

attending the national and international seminars.

4. A bare perusal of the communication dated

13.02.2020 shows that the same does not permit the

candidates to furnish any further/additional information, or to

submit any further/additional documents. Thus, it appears to

us that the grievance raised by the petitioner is completely ill-

founded.

5. In fact, clause (6) of the advertisement clearly

states that after submission of the application form, no

amendment therein would be permitted.

6. Therefore, we find no merit in this writ petition, and

the same is, hereby, dismissed.

7. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.

(VIPIN SANGHI, C.J.)

(R.C. KHULBE, J.) Dated: 22nd July, 2022 NISHANT
