JUDGMENT: (Per Shri Vipin Sanghi, Chief Justice)
After some arguments, learned counsel for the
appellant does not press the appeal. He submits that his
dues, upon compulsory retirement, are not being paid in
accordance with the rules.
2. In case the appellant-petitioner makes a
representation in this regard, the same shall be dealt
with, and the grievance of the petitioner be redressed, if
there is any merit in the same.
3. The present special appeal stands disposed of
accordingly.
