JUDGMENT: (Per Shri Vipin Sanghi, Chief Justice)
Since the limited relief sought in the writ petition
was with regard to protection that the petitioner demanded,
which relief has worked itself out, we are not inclined to
proceed with the matter. However, we leave it open to the
petitioner to take whatever steps he is advised, in relation to
the report, submitted by the District Police Complaint
Authority.
2. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed
of.
3. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
