Hon'ble Sharad Kumar Sharma, J.
Mr. D.S. Mehta, Advocate, for the appellant. These are the plaintiffs' Second Appeal, arising out of the concurrent judgments rendered in a Suit for cancellation of sale deed.
The Second Appeals are yet to be addressed on admission.
The learned counsel for the appellant had filed Amendment Applications, in both the connected Second Appeals, seeking to amend certain grounds, as well as the substantial question of law.
Since, so far no notices have been issued to the respondents, it would be apt that the Amendment Applications be allowed and the appellant may be permitted to incorporate the grounds, as well as substantial question of law, on which he wants to argue on admission.
Hence, the Amendment Applications filed respectively in the connected Second Appeals, would stand allowed.
Learned counsel for the appellant would supply the amended memo of Second Appeals within a period of one week from today.
Put up these Second Appeals for hearing on admission stage, after the amendment is carried by the appellant.
(Sharad Kumar Sharma, J.) Dated 05.07.2022 Shiv
