This criminal revision is preferred against the judgment and order dated 24.02.2018 passed by learned Upper Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldwani, District Nainital in Criminal Case No.637 of 2014, "State Vs. Amit Kumar Negi", as well as judgment and order dated 11.01.2022 passed by learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Haldwani, District Nainital in Criminal Appeal No.38 of 2018, "Amit Kumar Negi Vs. State of Uttarakhand".

Heard on the bail application (IA/1/2022) It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionist that the revisionist was on bail during the trial and the appeal; he did not misuse the conditions of bail as imposed on him by the trial Court; he has been awarded maximum three years' R.I. imprisonment along with fine of Rs.1,000/- u/s 420 IPC; he is ready to furnish the sureties and he may be granted bail.
Learned State counsel fairly admitted the above facts.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the revisionist be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, subject to deposition of the fine mount.
Bail application is allowed, accordingly.
