Heard Mr. J.S. Virk, the learned Deputy Advocate

General appearing for the State.

2. It is stated by the State of Uttarakhand that no

further police protection is necessary, as the petitioners are

living happy married life.

3. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is

disposed of.

4. Urgency certified copy of this order be issued to the

parties on proper application.
