This Criminal Jail Appeal is preferred against the judgment and order dated 04.12.2021/07.12.2021, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.S.C.,
of 2019, " State vs. Satish", whereby the appellant-accused has been convicted under Section 363 of IPC and has been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of three years along with a fine of Rs. 5,000/-; he has been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of twenty years along with a fine of Rs. 25,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 376(3) of IPC; and he has been further convicted and sentences to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of ten years along with a fine of Rs. 25,000/- for the offence under Section 5/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, with default stipulation. All the sentences are directed to run concurrently.
