In view of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, Paragraph 37 of "Union of India & Another Vs. Pushpavathi & Others, hence Rule nisi.

There is no need to issue formal notice to the respondents as their counsel have already put their appearance on their behalf and received the copy of the brief (writ petition).

List this matter on 16.03.2023. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks, thereafter.
