The proposed Revision has been preferred by the proposed revisionists- applicants seeking quashing in part the judgment and order dated 03.11.2022, passed by the learned Additional Judge, Family Court, Dehradun in Criminal Case No.273 of 2014, "Smt. Pallavi Dhulia and Another vs. Ankit Kumar Dhulia", whereby, the learned Judge has granted a sum of Rs.20,000/- per month as monthly maintenance allowance under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as "the Code") to the revisionist's son, from the date of passing of the order, and, has dismissed the application of the revisionist no.1, wife of the respondent no.1, filed under Section 125 of the Code.
Heard Mr. Piyush Garg, the learned counsel for the revisionists and Mr. S.T. Bhardwaj, the learned Deputy Advocate General assisted by Mr. Balvinder Singh, the learned Brief Holder for the State.
