The present First Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 31.05.2022, passed by the learned Second Additional Senior Civil Judge, Dehradun in Original Suit No. 632 of 2017, "Smt. Manorama Hoon and Others vs. Smt. Madhuri Hoon", whereby the said suit has been dismissed.
