JUDGMENT : (per Sri Vipin Sanghi, C.J.)
This Writ Petition was preferred in May, 2021,
when the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic was
raging, to seek a direction to the respondent-authorities
to provide financial assistance to the Advocates
practicing and registered in the State of Uttarakhand.
2. Counsel for the petitioner states that, after the
filing of the Writ Petition, funds were generated and
distributed amongst the needy Advocates.
3. With the passage of time, this Writ Petition
has become infructuous, and is disposed of as such.
4. In sequel thereto, all pending applications
stand disposed of.
