The Court made the following:
JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Vipin Sanghi)
This petition was preferred in May, 2021 with
regard to the vaccination of Nepali residents, who did not
have identity cards/ aadhar cards.
2. Mr. Aditya Pratap Singh, learned Amicus Curiae for
the petitioner has drawn our attention to the policy framed by
the Government for vaccination of persons who did not have
identity cards/aadhar cards.
3. In view of the above, and with the passage of time,
this writ petition has become infructuous, and the same is
dismissed as such.
