three issues, namely oxygen concentrators not being

classified as "essential commodity"; capping of price of CT

Scan, and; use of fake and forged RT-PCR test results to

circumvent the Standard Operation Procedures.

2. The writ petition was registered in May, 2021 when

the second wave of COVID-19 pandemic was raging.

3. With the passage of time, and in the light of the

action taken on the grievances raised by Mr. Singh, this

petition has now become infructuous. However, actions which

taken been taken in pursuance of the directions issued by this

Court shall be taken to their logical end.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
