The learned counsel for the petitioner had made a statement at the Bar, that while taking a different view, on the question involved and as settled in the bunch of writ petitions with leading Writ Petition (S/S) No. 910 of 2021, Ganga Singh Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others, the coordinate Bench of this Court, vide its judgment dated 21.03.2022, in an order, which was passed in this writ petition, had formulated a question and has referred the matter to be answered by the larger Bench.

It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this writ petition was taken up by the Division Bench and the same has been deferred to be heard.

List this writ petition along with Writ Petition (S/S) No. 910 of 2021.
