              Having argued the case at some length, the

learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw
 the present writ petition. He seeks liberty to approach

the Tribunal.

2.          Therefore,   the       present   writ petition is

dismissed as withdrawn. The liberty, so prayed for, is

hereby granted.
