A Coordinate Bench of this Court by an order dated 28.07.2021, had directed the petitioner to file a supplementary affidavit, placing the judgment dated 02.02.2016, which was passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.13301 of 2015, on record. The said supplementary affidavit has not yet been filed, by the counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted a week's time, to comply with the order dated 28.07.2021.

List this writ petition as soon as the supplementary affidavit is filed by the petitioner.
