JUDGMENT
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners do not want to press the contempt petition. Petitioners have been granted the benefit in terms of order passed by Writ Court, therefore, they does not want to press the contempt petition.
2. In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioners, the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. Contempt notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged.
4. Accordingly, Withdrawal Application (I.A. No. 11595 of 2021) is allowed.
