This criminal revision is preferred against the judgment and order dated 18.10.2021 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge 4th, District Haridwar in S.T. No.133 of 2020, State vs. Rajat Kumar and others.
As per the order dated 10.11.2021, notices were issued to the private respondent through dasti; as per the affidavit submitted by the learned Sr. Counsel for the revisionist that the notices have been served to the private respondent; the notice is on record, but none is present on behalf of the private respondent today.
List this matter on 02.12.2021. By then, State will file objection.
In the meantime, the revisionist will have a right to move an adjournment application before the concerned court.
It is made clear that, in the present matter, the Hon'ble Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal No.5021 of 2021, a direction has issued to the trial court to decide the appeal preferably within a period of six months.
