(IA No. 10467 of 2021) Ms. Pawanjot Kaur, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Sanpreet Singh Ajmani, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue Civil Suit No. 116 of 2021 pending in the court of Civil Judge (S.D.), Dehradun.
