This revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 26.02.2021 passed by learned Ltd. Sessions Judge, District Haridwar in Criminal Misc. Case No.121 of 2020, "Neetu Vs. Chandan and Others" whereby the learned Sessions Judge, Haridwar dismissed the criminal Misc. Application No.121 of 2020, filed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.
