                      JUDGMENT

1. Petitioner was a student of Final Year B.Com (Honours) in IMS Unison University, Dehradun. Petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 11.04.2018, whereby he was placed under suspension pending enquiry. Thus feeling aggrieved, petitioner approached this Court against the order dated 11.04.2018, whereby petitioner was placed under suspension.

2. A coordinate Bench of this Court passed an order on 25.04.2018, whereby petitioner was permitted to appear in the examination. Thereafter the matter was listed on 24.05.2018 and this Court granted three weeks time to the respondents for filing counter affidavits, however, no counter affidavit has been filed till today. Thereafter the matter was also not listed and no order has been passed in the matter after 24.05.2018.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner must have completed her B.Com (Honours) and the enquiry referred to in the suspension order would also have been completed.

4. In such view of the matter, the relief, as claimed in the writ petition, does not survive. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
