These are two Writ Petitions, which are arising out of the judgment dated 29th May, 2018, which had been passed by the Education Appellate Tribunal in Appeal No. 41 of 2016.

In Writ Petition No. 2644 of 2018, the petitioner has filed a Misc. Application No. 13390 of 2018, along with the rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit of respondent No.1 to 4.

The same would stand allowed. The rejoinder affidavit is taken on record. With the consensus of the parties, this Writ Petition is heard for admission.

List in the 1st week of September, 2021, for final hearing.

In the connected Writ Petition No. 2119 of 2018, the Committee of Management has filed a rejoinder affidavit to the Stay Vacation Application which has been preferred by the respondents.

Hence, the Applications, which are listed today for orders would stand allowed and the respective Stay Vacation Application, as well as the counter affidavit and rejoinder affidavit are taken on record.

This Writ Petition too with the consensus of the learned counsel for the parties, would stand 'admitted' and would be listed along with the connected Writ Petition for final hearing.

Interim order granted in WPSS No. 2119 of 2018, on 25th July, 2018, would remain extended till the next date of listing.
