 JUDGMENT:       (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan)



              Mr. Ashish Joshi, the learned counsel for Nagar

 Nigam, Haldwani, and Mr. Ajay Singh Bisht, the learned

 counsel for the Nagar Palika Parishad, Nainital, inform

 this    Court      that     respondent         No.     6,    Devbhoomi

 Uttarakhand Safai Kramchari Sangh has called off its

 strike on 27.07.2021.             According to both the learned

 counsel, the Safai Karamcharis have returned back to

their work, and have started cleaning their respective

wards. Therefore, this case has become infructuous.

            The writ petition is, hereby, dismissed as

infructuous.
