JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan)
Having argued the case at a great length, Mr.
Jitendra Chaudhary, the learned counsel for the appellant,
seeks the liberty to withdraw the Appeal. He further seeks
the liberty to approach the learned Uttarakhand Public
Services Tribunal.
2. Therefore, the Appeal is, hereby, dismissed as
withdrawn. The liberty, so prayed for, to approach the
learned Uttarakhand Public Services Tribunal is, hereby,
granted.
3. In sequel thereto, pending application, if any,
stands disposed of.
4. No order as to costs.
