Heard through video conferencing. This Government appeal is preferred against the judgment and order dated 03.03.2021 passed by learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar in S.T. No.158 of 2018, "State Vs. Raju Mashih & another".

Leave to appeal has also been moved, in which, sufficient grounds have been shown.

Accordingly, leave to appeal is allowed. Leave is granted.
