                                            Hon'ble Sharad Kumar Sharma, J.

(Via Video Conferencing) Mr. Bhupesh Kandpal, Advocate, for the petitioners.

Mr. C.S. Rawat, Chief Standing Counsel, for the State.

The petitioners to the present writ petition, who are nine in numbers, have preferred this writ petition, challenging the Order No. 1503/111(1)/2020/131 (Adhi)2006 dated 08.09.2020, by virtue of which the requisition for making a regular appointment on the post of junior engineer has been made by the respondents.

Simultaneously, the petitioners have also prayed for that in the light of the ratio of the judgments, which has been referred to in clause (iv) of the relief clause of the present writ petition, their representations and claim for regularisation are required to be considered by the respondents. They claim a parity on the basis that since their selection made as junior engineer, though on a contractual basis but since it has been made after resorting to the regular process of selection, as after advertisement of the post, they have participated in the process of selection hence they claim that they may be considered for regularisation and grant of parity of scale.

An identical issue as against the aforesaid order of requisition for the post of Junior Engineer regular appointment dated 08.09.2020 came up for consideration before this Court initially in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 683 of 2021, and thereafter in number of other writ petitions, which have been disposed of with a direction to the respondent to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner for the payment of minimum pay-scale, as well as for considering their claim for regularisation on the said post.

Hence, this writ petition too would also stand disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 23.06.2021, which was rendered in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 683 of 2021.

Subject to above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.

(Sharad Kumar Sharma, J.) 19.07.2021 Mahinder/
