                           JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

2. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:-

(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to give possession of the land bearing khasra no.404/2 raqba 0.822 hectare land situated at Village Diyodi, Up Tehsil Nanakmatta, District Udham Singh Nagar to the petitioner and further direct the respondent authorities not to dispossess the petitioner without adopting due process of law.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has rendered infructuous by efflux of time.

4. In view of the statement so made, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
