The petitioner has claimed for the service benefits with effect from 01.10.1990 in the light of the judgments of Division Bench dated 03.01.2019.

The Addl. C.S.C. submits that he has to complete his instructions from the respondents as to whether the claim raised by the petitioner is covered by the decision of Division Bench or not, for which he prays that a week's time may be granted. The same is granted.
