                           JUDGMENT

WPSS No. 02 of 2017 filed by the petitioner was disposed of by Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.01.2017, by permitting the petitioner to represent his grievance before the second respondent.

2. Alleging willful violation of the said order, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

3. A compliance affidavit has been filed by the respondent, enclosing therewith an order dated 25.10.2017 passed by Director, Ayurvedic and Unani Services, Uttarakhand. Perusal of the said order indicates that petitioner's representation for promotional pay scale was considered and rejected.

4. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition is closed.

5. Contempt notice issued to the respondent is hereby discharged.

6. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the rejection order before the appropriate forum.
