This First Appeal was heard by me and I have observed that the First Appeal would stand allowed and the reason was to follow later.

During the course of dictation of the judgment, as a consequence of the order of 24th March, 2021, when this Court perused the ordersheet, it reflected that this matter has been marked as a part-heard by another Coordinate Bench of His Lordship, Justice Alok Kumar Verma, by his order dated 12th January, 2021.

Hence, this matter was directed to be posted today for orders.

In view of the fact that the matter being marked as part-heard by the order of 12th January, 2021, let the matter be placed before His Lordship for proceeding further in the light of the order made on 12th January, 2021.
