When the case is called, both parties are present before this

Court.

In all fairness, Mr. K. Paul, learned counsel appearing for the

respondents-university submits before this Court that the applicant has

rendered his services as an Assistant Professor for the month of February

and March, 2026 and accordingly, his salary would be released by the

respondents-university.

In view of the same, present interlocutory application stands

allowed and the same is ordered.
