assisted by Learned Counsel, Ms. Pragya Saha is present on behalf of

the petitioner.

This writ petition is filed for regularization of the service

of the petitioner against a Group-D post upon completion of ten

years of service as DRW.

Issue Notice upon the respondents.

Since Learned Addl. G.A., Mr. Mangal Debbarma appears

and accepts notice upon the State-respondent and Learned Counsel,

Mr. Kushal Deb appears and accepts notice upon the respondent

Nos.2 to 6, so, issuance of formal notice upon all the respondents is

waived.

At this stage, both the Learned Counsel for the

respondents sought time to file counter affidavit.
