No affidavit in opposition is submitted.

Interim stay was granted earlier.

Considering the above said facts, it is ordered that the respondents will not give effect to the letter dated 15.11.2025 (Annexure-12 of the writ petition) till disposal of WP(C) No.25 of 2026.
