petitioner.

Learned Counsel, Mrs. Paromita Dhar is present on behalf of

respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Learned Dy. SGI, Mr. Bidyut Majumder is present

on behalf of respondent Nos.5, 6 and 7.

Learned Counsel, Mrs. Paromita Dhar for the respondent Nos.1 to

4 submitted that although the counter affidavit is filed by the said

respondents but due to some bona fide mistakes some relevant documents

could not be submitted. So, Learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4

sought for some accommodation to submit those documents.

Request is considered.

The respondent Nos.1 to 4 is allowed to submit those documents

supplying copy to the other side.

Further, Learned Dy. SGI for the respondent Nos.5 to 7 has

sought for an adjournment to file counter affidavit.

Request is considered as last chance.
