Heard Mr. GS Das, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

Issue notice upon the respondents to show cause as to why the delay of 113

days in preferring the connected appeal shall not be condoned, as prayed for,

and/or why such further and other order(s) shall not be passed as to this Court

may deem fit and proper.

The applicants shall take steps for service of notice upon the respondents as

expeditiously as possible.

Registry to service notice upon the respondents and file proof of service as

per procedure. Applicants are also at liberty to take out personal notice upon

the respondents by way of RPAD or dasti service and file proof of service.
