This is an application filed under section 5 of the Limitation Act, for

condoning the delay of 358 days in preferring the appeal against the

impugned judgment and award dated 16.04.2024 passed in C.M. LA 105 of

2022 by the learned LA Judge, South Tripura, Sabroom.

From the office note, it is revealed that despite service of notices upon

the respondents, there is no representation from the respondents.

Heard Mr. B. Majumder, learned Deputy SGI appearing for the applicant.

After perusal of the contentions made in the petition for condonation of

delay, this court finds satisfactory explanations. Accordingly, the delay of

358 days in preferring the appeal is hereby condoned and, the application is

allowed and, thus disposed of.
