assisted by Mrs. Pinky Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the respondents No.1-3 and Mr. D Sarma, learned

counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.4. None appears on

behalf of respondent No.6, although Mr. Raju Datta, learned

counsel earlier appeared on behalf of said respondent.
