action has been taken after perusing the reports of the Secretary of DLSA

furnished to his Office by the Registry. The Secretary DLSA, South Tripura

shall also furnish a report before this Court as to the steps taken as per the

judgment of the Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil Versus Central

Bureau of Investigation and Anr. dt. 13.02.2024 by the next date of

hearing after supplying a copy to the Office of the Advocate General.

Communicate this order to the Secretary, DLSA, South Tripura

immediately.

List the matter on 12.02.2026.
