Learned Counsel Mr. S. Bhattacharjee is present for the

petitioner.

Learned Counsel Mr. Suman Bhattacharjee appears for the

UGC-respondent and seeks further indulgence to file counter-

affidavit.

Learned Senior Counsel Mr. P. K. Dhar assisted by Learned

Counsel Mr. K. Paul appears for the respondents No.1, 2 and 3

and seeks further indulgence to file counter-affidavit.

Perused the record it appears that in the last order passed

on 10.12.2025 direction was given to the respondents to file

counter-affidavit. But in spite of allowing two months

adjournments the respondents have not filed the counter-affidavit

which shows they are reluctant to file the counter-affidavit in this

case.

However, as a last chance time is granted to file counter-

affidavit.

No further accommodation will be considered.
