Mr. Rajib Saha, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant retired as Upper Division Clerk (ad-hoc) and meanwhile, an order has been passed on 05.01.2026 showing an amount of Rs.2,39,769/- has been overdrawn by the applicant.
As it appears said overdrawn covers the period from 2006 to 2025. Affidavit in opposition, if any, may be submitted by the respondents within four weeks.
Meanwhile, no step will be taken against the applicant regarding any sort of recovery.
List the matter after four weeks in its usual course.
