Order 04/02/2026 Learned Counsel Ms. A. Saha Hirawat is present for the

petitioner.

Notice upon respondent could not be served as the

respondent was not available to the address.

Heard Learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The present petitioner has challenged the order dated

24.07.2025 passed by Learned Judge, Family Court, Agartala,

West Tripura in connection with Criminal Misc. (Int.) 231 of 2024

arising out of Crl. Misc. 230 of 2024. By the said order Learned

Family Judge has awarded maintenance in favour of the claimant-

petitioner @Rs.15,000/- from the month of July, 2025 till disposal

of the original case. In absence of the respondent wife this Court

is not in a position to proceed further with the matter. The

petitioner may take steps for service of notice upon the

respondent through paper publication in the well circulated paper

of the state either Dainik Sambad or Tripura Darpan. Necessary

steps may be taken by the petitioner in this regard within a period

of seven days.

The petitioner is further asked to submit a copy of

newspaper before this Court on or before the next date.

List this matter on 10.04.2026.
